Synchron pianos ... hrrr

I had to reinstall Windows 10 and my all software. My instrument samples were all on other SSDs. I was able to connect everything without reloading: Kontakt, BBC Spifire, EW, Native, VI PRO2, except my Synchron pianos....

I've tried everything, and the Manager has the right repertoire. There's nothing you can do. I had to reload everything from this huge bank.

This lame system, with which I have often had difficulties and where the head does not recognize the rest of the body, is the worst of all.

Sorry to hear about that. Sample Management should be straight-forward in the Synchron Player / Synchron Piano Preferences => Database.

I wonder what went wrong...

Why name this feature Presets if they are samples?

I must add that I am currently reinstalling Pro Tools 2020 and the plugin of the Synchro pianos must crash PT (but not Cubase). If I remove it from the AAX odssier, PT opens well.

I'm in WIN10 update yesterday.

For the record, the problem is solved. But I don't know how! I had to reinstall Pro Tools 2020 and The Sychrons Pianos.
