  • MIDI Volume

I looked at the initial factory settings for the MIDI Volume CC7 and noticed quite a variation. Presumably to make balance. Here are the results of my little survey:

I assume these are the factory settings as installed, hopefully I have not accidentally changed any of them.

I did find it quite hard on Mac to read the numbers on the Synchron Player display because the numbers are n white on a very pale beige background circle. Something a bit brighter would help please.

Why did I do all this? Well I was trying to balance the sounds from Synchron Strings Cellos and Double Basses playing Pizzicato. I tried adjusting upwards the Breath CC2 and Expression CC11 but the pizz still sounded very quiet compared to the arcos and the other instruments. Maybe I missed something like an attack controller? So, as a last resort I started changing the MIDI Volume CC7 in order to get more volume out of the Pizz.
