  • Suite pro Preset for Synchon pianos

I bought Vienna Suite Pro in the belief that you were giving Preset for Synchon pianos. I am very disappointed to see only for the old Bosendorfer. Why not be consistent and update your presets for your own products, paid very expensive?

  • Hello,

Sorry to see you disappointed there, but our Synchron Series has a full-blown set of FX plug-in integrated in the mixer, and always comes with a set of mixer presets... What are you missing?

    Best,

  • Bonjour Paul,

You are talking about configuring the instrument itself. I'm talking about mixing. The EQ, compression, exciter and other presets in Suite and Suite PRO, sometimes linked in chains, identify specific instruments (and even some Synchron). There are no such presets (developed by your specialists) in the options of Synchron pianos. The PRO suite should have followed the development of your instruments. We expect VSL to persevere in its specific strengths. Honestly, I got the new orchestra from a British competitor who takes a very big step forward, far beyond everyone (and at an incredible price for what it offers). I don't need to name it here. However, I still use my VSL orchestral instruments sometimes for other reasons, such as the Suite and Suite PRO presets, and specific reverbs. I also use the functions of "voice" in Vienna Instruments PRO, extraordinary opions unfortunately disappeared in Synchron. Another reason for my involvement in Vienna was the presence of French translations, which had also been abandoned for a few years.

    That said cordially.
