  • VEPro7 64-bit server not visible after Windows 10 upgrade

Hi all. I'm running Cubase 10 on my Mac and VEPro7 on a PC Slave. I just did a clean install of Windows 10 (from 7) and everything was going smoothly until the 64-bit server is not visible in Cubase. What is bizarre is that the 32-bit server is visible and connectable. I ran the 64-bit server app as administrator and also tried typing in the server and Instance information, but it could not connect. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

  • Hi hearbenji,

Do you see the applications when you to to the program folder via the  START button in Win 10?

  • Thanks Paul. Oddly, no. The standalone is in there, but the servers are only showing up in recent items. I put the server application shortcuts in the "Startup" menu and pinned them to the taskbar.

    Hi,

Can you please send a few quick screenshots to support@vsl.co.at? Best after a restart and reinstallation of VE Pro?

    Best,
    Paul
