Some background: I have recently updated my version of Sibelius to the latest version (2020.1) and also upgraded by Vienna instruments from Special Editions to Symphonic Cube.
I am setting up some standard Sibelius templates using the VSL sibelius soundsets. I have so far successfully setup various string templates and had previously set up various templates in Sibelius 7.5 but these versions no longer seem to work in newer versions of Sibelius(?). I am running the latest version of Sibelius (2020.1), Vienna Ensemble 6 (18443), and VI PRO.
I am trying to set up a standard classical period orchestral template (2 flute / 2 oboe / 2 clarinet / 2 bassoon & chamber strings) using the VE Woodwinds and Brass soundset.
The problem I have is that the articulations for the second flute and second oboe get 'stuck' and don't revert back to what they should be. What I mean by this is made clearer if you reference the attached .sib file (if I have successfully uploaded it!): There are sustained articulation notes that sound correctly initially in the opening bars on a first play through (after loading the samples), however there are staccato articulations notated later in the score and when I come to play the score from the beginning, Flute 2 and Oboe 2 play staccato (when they should be sustained) and it doesn't seem possible to reset the articulation even with a 'natural' Technique text.
Am I doing something wrong or is this some kind of bug? Or is Sibelius 2020.1 not yet supported for VSL soundsets?
