Hey there, I have been eyeing the VSL offerings for quite some time now and I think with the new synchronized Special Editions and the current voucher deals I will finally jump into the VSL ecosystem. The quality seems really high and the fact that I can expand the sound palette in small steps and end up with a comprehensive, universal library is very appealing.
What still confuses me a bit is the pricing model. I know there is a discount towards the full library counterparts of the SE instruments, but what about other volumes in the SE range?
If I get the SE vol.1 for a start now,
- is the price for other SE volumes reduced?
- will the price for the complete SE bundle be reduced (by the amount I spent on vol.1 before)?
Sorry if this has been answered already, I could not find the info anywhere. Thanks in advance!

Questions regarding the SE pricing model

Welcome Hayvel,
Great to see you interested!
Upgrade prices are only available if you upgrade to a product that contains the same samples OR if you complete a bundle.
So in your case:
If you purchase SE Vol 1, the price of the other volumes won't be reeduced.
If you complete the SY-ized SE Bundle, you will benefit from the bundle discount, and the price of your SY-ized SE Vol 1 will be deducted.
Hope that helps!
Best,
Paul
