Synchron losing patches when opening a project on another machine

I have a Logic project that uses many instances of synchron player. I created it on my laptop, but I wanted to open it on a different machine that has all the same installations. So I copied it over, and when it opened there was no sound. I checked the synchron instances, and every synchron player was empty, as if no patch had been selected. This is not good to say the least. Anyone know what might be causing this?

This song opens without any loaded preset in Synchron Player here as well. 

Did you copy the song in any way? Do you have previous versions of it?

We'll have to find out what happened that causes this on your setup, so we'll have to go step by step.

Trying hard to reproduce this here, but to no avail... any hints on what might be extraordinary in your workflow?

I am of course assuming that you are using the latest version of our Synchron Player and that your harddrive containing the sample content is attached (so you can load other presets, if you like). Is that correct?
