    Last friday, I downloaded the Big Bang Orchestra and I purchased a Vienna Key. Today it came in and I immediately wanted to give it a try. However, when I installed the licensing software, it gave me the following error, which makes it impossible for me to actually license and thus use the product:

    Application 'LCC2' has caused the following error:
     
    2019-12-04T22:25:35.260
    DCOM connection to program 'Synsopos.exe' failed.
    Interface not supported (0x80004002)

    I already reinstalled the licensing software, but it doesn't work.

    How can I solve this problem?

    Hi Dennis, 

    I'd try a restart, then start the eLicenser Control Center. 

    Do you see the key?

    If yes, click "Enter Activation Code" and paste the activation code into the first field, this will start the download process.

    Hi Paul,

    Sorry for the late response, I had a pretty intense exam period.

    I tried your suggestion, however, when I open the eLicenser Control Center, I get the same error popping up.

    Do you maybe have any other possible solutions?
