    Why did VSL create the Synchron Series if the only purpose is to SYNCHRON-ize products that already exist ? Paul once said that only a few VI libraries would be SYNCHRON-ized but it looks like you’re SYNCHRON-izing everything. And now, there are much more SYNCHRON-ized products than Synchron libraries. It’s been two years since Synchron Strings I came out and there are still no signs of Synchron Brass I or Synchron Woodwinds I. I’m not criticizing the quality of the samples. I’ve always been very happy with VSL’s products. But I don’t understand where this is going.

    Hi David,

    We are also still releasing Synchron libraries (latest libraries: Big Bang Orchestra: Andromeda, Blüthner Piano).
    And we are working on more! Like all good things new libraries need a lot of time to create, so please be a little patient :)

    Regarding SYNCHRON-ized libraries: These libraries are great for everyone who want to have the Synchron Stage sound, but don't want to setup everything themselfs (setting up MIR, EQing, Volume Matching, Blending with the other Synchron Libraries). For this purpose there are a lot of presets available out of the box, because we did all these things already for you ;)
    This makes these libraries also very attractive for musicans who never worked with dry sample libraries. But still, it is possible to work with the dry sound, if you want to.
