  • [SOLVED] EPIC Orchestra licence not recognised/visible/ on Vienna Key no presets in Synchron Player

    Hello!

I have a problem probably with licences of Epic Orchestra 2.0 and Big Bang Orchestra. I am new to VSL. Got my key on Friday, I spent weekend on installing VEP Pro 7 and Epic Orchestra library. Followed all instruction and installation. I managed to open full server setup running on 2 computers and managed to play some presets from epic orchestra. All was visible in synchron player. Then I shut down a system and downloaded and installed a Big Bang Orchestra. I reboot and I wanted to open software and work for a while. However when I opened last saved project from VEP I saw that no VSL libraries loaded (other kontakt  instruments loaded well). So I double checked, run again, reboot etc. I started to read some posts. I re - installed elicencer. I reinstalled a libraries however when I was trying to reactivate it I got message that an activation code was already used - so I should have it on my vienna key anyway. However on my Vienna Key there are only two licences for VEP 7 and some kind of "unknown licence". Could You please help me to sort it out? Why I don't see specific licence for Epic Orchestra and Big Bang Orchestra on my vienna key? Furthermore I saw that my OSX doesn't see a vienna key in disc utility, is it good or bad?

  • Just to clarify that it is not the USB key elicenser issue: I uninstalled and reinstalled a newest eLIcenser software. Have done maintenance and update. The only things what is still getting back is a need for update (update eLD) - I am keep getting that message because eLicenser is not recognising my Epic Orchestra Licence. I tried other hubs on iMac with no results. I even registered as a new user and downloaded a second activation code of a free Big Bang orchestra to see if it will work and IT DID! So licence for a "second" big bang orchestra works perfectly well and I can work with VEP Host Server and client on second OSX.

    Looking forward for help :)
