    Hi all,

    I just upgraded all my special edition libraries to Synchron versions and am having terrible issues with Pro Tools (2019.10) giving me constant errors about Synsopos.app failing to load. I've reinstalled the elicenser several times to no avail. It sometimes works once if I reboot the computer but if I try and load another project I get the error again. I can click through all the 'ok to abort" messages and reload it again but this is a clumsy way to get this to work. (Mojave, Mac Pro).

    I searched the forum and read about a few similar problems but not coming up with a solid solution.....

    On High Sierra, I have this issue once each two times I run either a VSL product or Dorico. Sometimes just clicking Retry works. Some others I have to disconnect and reconnect the key. Some others I have to kill the synsopos process. And sometimes I have to reboot.

    This happens, on three different Macs, since the first time I connected the eLicenser. You can't even imagine how tired I am of this situation.
