    Hi Folks, I've downloaded latest player for synchron, and doesn't look at all like previous player, or any tutorial on you tube. It's impossible to start and load. It crashes all the time stand alone or with Logic 10.4.7

    Hi,

    Which OS are you on, and do you get any crash reports? Both Standalone and plug-in work fine on all OSs from macOS 10.10 and up, also no other reports about crashes.

    Did you update your eLicenser Control Center as well?
