Synchron Player Freezes starting up

The synchron Player is freezing on start up. Startup disc is a SSD

iMac (27-inch, Late 2013)

3.2 GHz Intel Core i5

24 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

OS Mojave 10.14.6

Just installed the Big Bang Orchestra

Any solutions?

Is the latest eLCC installed, and do you see the license on your key?

Latest eLicencer 6.11.8.9256

I see the Big Bang Orchestra listed in the USB key. I see nothing about the Synchron Player.

Hi, 

The Synchron Player does not need a license to run. 

Can you please send us a sample from the hang/freeze?

=> Open Activity Monitor

=> Choose Vienna Synchron Player (if used as a standalone software) or your DAW (if you are using Synchron Player as a plug-in. 

=> Click the small "i" in the upper left corner

=> Click "Sample" in the lower left corner

=> Save the file and send it to us: support@vsl.co.at

Hi Paul,

I think I've traced it to the eLicenser software itself. After some tests, the eLicenser kept freezing on its maintenance procedure. I had it self repair and now I can open the Big Bang Synchro Player. Thanks and I'll let you know if there are any other problems.
