I have VSL Tenor Trombone (Full). I purchased it specifically for the glissando samples. I've installed the Sibelius sound sets which seem to trigger certain samples such as articulations just fine. I read somewhere to use the glissando line to trigger the glissando sample, but this isn't working. It just sounds like your usual "midi" gliss. Does anyone know how to trigger the glissando samples appropriately? They sound so good and I want to incorporate them in my scores!

Hello mjdefeomiller and welcome to the forum!
The Trombone glissando can be triggered with the Technique Text command "glissando". The glissando line will not work. How to trigger the various articulations of the Trombone library, can be seen in the "Optimizing Sibelius Playback" manual, page 24 and pages 9 and 12.
