Hi forums members,
I have come from other libraries (Spitfire, 8Dio, etc.) which may be why I cannot seem to figure this out - how can I actually contact VSL Support? There doesn;t seem to be any links or a statement on the website that would seem to send a message to them to ask for help with issues. I also looked at the 'sitemap' and searched the site but it was no help.
I assume they do have such a service. Could you point me in the right direction?

edit: i just remember that in the confirmation email to your user registration there is a paragraph:
