    I purchased the SYNCHRON-ized Special Edition library and I cannot get it to sho up inside Digital Performer.  Is there a detialred video explanantion of how to install?

    Hi,

    Should be simple: Make sure that you have installed the latest Vienna Synchron Player Software and of course download and install the new Sample Content (instructions in the column to the left).

    No - the library is still not showing up. I cannot figure out why?  I open up Stnchron Player and it shows me no library available. I clicked on the gear to see if the database is there and it is pointin to the correct external hard drive.  And this hard drive has only the Synchron-ized Special Edition on it, nothing else. I need help please ... Thanks.

    Hi,

    make sure to update the eLicenser software and that you have registered the licenses in the eLicenser.
