Syncronproblems

Having downloaded the Synchrom player, Synchron Piano player and the Syncron V1 library and Epic orchestra I was looking forwards putting them to use. Sadly it did not happen, the syncron player was troublesome, created DCom errors, the Syncrom Piano player refused to run and could not be recognised by Ensemble Pro. I managed to get rid of the Dcom errors by tweaking security setting in the Syncrom Dll's. But still no real improvement. Having contacted support I hoped ther might be a simple answer, but after an initial swift responce I have heard nothing more for a couple of days.  Workload is pressing so I have deleted all of it and returned to the older and dependable VI editions.

Could you provide more information so we can try to help you?

Exact Windows / MacOS version, Hardware configuration, audio interface + buffer size, DAW, a Screenshot of the problem.

Thanks for the kind offer. I have already sent all this info to Vienna support. I am out of time, now, have pressing projects that have to be completed on a tight schedule so I cannot give this anymore time.

Then you are at the wrong address here. This is a user-forum. For official support request write a mail to support@vsl.co.at / reply to the mail response you got so the support at VSL can see the data you provided earlier.

Thank you for your responce. You obviously did not read my post, I did request support and because of overload support was not forthcoming. As I have no idea who you are or what your qualifications are to offer assistance I politely declined your offer.

I have been trying to work out the problem with JDB2019, but the time-difference got in my way. We have postponed this to later.
