    Hi. I own volume 1 of the synchronized special edition + smart orchestra. the special edition is missing from the browser.it is installed correctly and the folder does appear as a library location in the synchron player settings. but only the smart orchestra appears in the browser itself. i also updated synchronplayer to the latest version. any help? thanks!

    Hi,

    Did you check that you have installed the new files? You should see *.vsynvolume files in your sample data folder.

    If that's not the case, click "INSTALL" in the Download Manager.

    Also: Please update the eLicenser Control Center.
