    Hi everyone, 

    I already installed my Synchron Player but i can't see the library.

    I've been working on Mac High Sierra 10.13.6 Processor 3.7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5

    Pro tools 2018 .4.0

    40 G split into 4 Harddrives in a OWC Raid 5 for Libraries.

    Did you check your folder location in SY Player's settings ?

    Hi,

    Just checked, you license has been downloaded.

    Did you check that the latest eLCC Software and latest Sycnchron Player is installed?

    Another mistake that happens sometimes is that the data is not extracted yet... our installation files are *.x and *.y files, while the installed files are *.vsynvolume files.

    If you have missed the installation step, click INSTALL in your Vienna Download Manager.
