I'm using Chamberstrings I, II with cubase.

about the patch named gracenote(half tone to minor 3rd)

Can I change the detail of gracenote length with any paramters?

If you have VI PRO, you could try time stretching. If not then you could try time stretching within your DAW but that can be quite laborious.
