    I am trying to transfer some instrument licenses from one elicenser to another. Theese are instruments I purchsed at seperate times and have transfered before. 

    The Elicense manager is informing me that ALL of my licenses are part of a "Collection License" and cannot be moved seperately????

    Ok guys I give up - What did I do wrong to invite this new e-mystery? How do I fix this? of course searching this issue brings up nothing in the forums here.

    Hi John,

    Sorry to hear about that!
    I just took a look at what I believe should be your key, if I found the correct one everything should be okay with it and you should be able to transfer licenses.

    Have you tried to update your eLicenser Control Center at www.elicenser.net?
    If this doesn't help, please contact us at support@vsl.co.at with more screenshots (including the key# and the error message), and I'm sure we'll find a solution to this.
