    Hi,

    I'm using windows 10 pro.
    Sibelius, VE Pro 6, Synchron Piano and the eLicenser-Software are updated so far.

    Whenever I try to combine VE Pro with Synchron Piano in Sibelius, I get the error window from the eLicenser. (attached, sry - it's in german)

    I tried out combining VE Pro and Synchron Piano in Cubase - there is no problem. All works fine.
    And until the last update of Sibelius (2018.11) there were no problems concerning the usage of Synchron Piano and VEPro. Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong or is there any known solution for this case?

    Just to let you know: I reinstalled VEPro and Synchron Piano and the eLicenser. But it didn't help.

    Well - as often it was the easiest thing... After starting VEPro as an admin it works fine now. Sometimes I could... Ahhh! ;)
