Unable to download cfx

I bought the cfx full library and the installation directions doesn't make sense to me.

1. Please install the latest version of the Vienna Download Manager

-Check

2. Download the Library Download File(under VI Library Downloads and/or Synchron Library Downloads) and open it by double-clicking the "*.vsldownload" file. This will start the Vienna Download Manager and the download will start automatically.

-I downloaded it. I'm supposed to click the vsldownload file, but where is it???

Not sure if that answer is too obvious: If you downloaded the *.vsldownload file, it should be in your downloads folder....

I'm missing something here...

Ah, now I understand: The file is in your Synchron Library Download Files, in MyVSL.

Oh god... I've been wrestling in the wrong place for hours. Thanks for the help.

I'm downloading the cfx stereo and multi file. It's 35G each. My understanding is that the full version is over 200G. Am i missing a file?

Good to hear that you have worked it out!

We were able to apply a pretty cool compression to the download data, the sample content will be bigger when it is extracted (=installed) after the download has finished.

I'm having trouble with the vienna ensemble.

I tried opening cfx. Channel - insert plugin - vienna snychron piano.

An error pops up. ->An unhandled exception was caught!
