Hey folks,
Is there a way to get help from VI support other than these forums? This is just nuts. It’s all dependent on who’s reading the posts. Sometimes there are answers, sometimes not! That’s pretty weak. Is there a way to be in touch with support in a more in-depth way, e.g. phone, chat, Skype, etc.? Granted, I’ve only spent about $15,000 here, so I’m probably not a all that important, but I’m tired of buying something, having questions, getting one line answers that rarely help, then getting no reply to follow-up questions. Any suggestions?
