So this message has appeared after my VEP5 master/slave network was disrupted. I managed to get the master/slave servers communicating again but upon the slave computer restart, I've lost most of my plugins and rescanning them just presents this error popup: VE Pro: "Can't get core function pointer" (image attached).
So I've proceeded to download the latest updates to reinstall the drivers/software. I hope this works but I haven't updated anything on my slave/Mac since it's completely up-to-date with OSV El Capitan (v10.11.6) and cannot update beyond that (Early 2009 Mac Pro). I've never had any problems whatsoever, up until yesterday when all this happened for no known reason?
UPDATE: Uninstalled everything VSL so I could re-install with fresh, clean updated VEP software but it has not corrected the problem. When VEP scans plugins, it's not seeing even 1/3rd of them!! Now my studio has grinded to a halt and I have project deadlines to meet. This is NOT good.
