Speed and Velocity Control in Synchron Player

Please inform how to adjust / define keystroke speed or velocity range to change articulations like in VIPro

I mean in VI/VIPro,there is a slider to adjust speed or velocity range of keystroke

There are no specific values possible, it depends on the curve you select.
