Missing Patches

Hi Chris,
Looks like you have lost the path to your sample locaton.
Please open the Directory Manager (find it in "Applications" (OS X) or "All Programs" (Win) => then "Vienna Instruments").
Remove all folders - then add all sample content again by drag and drop from your Finder/Explorer.
More information about how the Directory Manager works can be found in the video "How to use the Directory Manager".
Best,
Paul

Hi Chris,
"Près-de-la-table" is a patch which is exclusively part of the Extended version of the Harps.
Here you can see an overview about the difference between Standard/Extended content:
https://www.vsl.co.at/en/Harps/Harp_1#!Sample_ContentAs far as I can see in your VSL acount, you have registered Harp1 Standard Edition.

Hi,
Yes I saw that "Près-de-la-table" is part of the Extended version of the Harps and that I don't actually own the extended library, only the standard library.
The project I had re-opened was looking for a patch I don't own. I'm confused how this could have even happened. When I made the project I can't have used a patch that I don't own! All of the standard patches seem to be present.
Any ideas?

Hi Paul,
There isn't an update for the Harp so none was applied.
I was thinking, a while ago you gave me a temporary license for Vienna Imperial and when I activated it I'm sure it said all instruments. Could this have also activated the extended harps library also? That would mean I actually did use the "Près-de-la-table" patch for my project and then when re-opening, and the temporary license had expired, the patch no longer exists.
Anyway, there's no real harm done :-)
Chris
