Can you trigger APPS sequencer presets in sibelius?

So say I wanted to use the trill preset from the sequencer in VI Pro with an instrument that doesn't have pre-recorded trills. Is there a way to save this so it can be placed into a matrix, and triggered in Sibelius?

Any help would be appreciated!

To do so, you would have to make a preset that includes the matrix dedicated to the APP sequencer trills. Then you would have to create a sound set around it. I wouldn't do it, because it's too complicated.

Thanks for the information Andi! So to do this, would you need to delve into the external Soundset editor (http://www.sibelius.com/download/sse/main.html), or can everything be edited/defined within VIP and Sibelius itself? I have tampered with custom soundsets before for EW Hollywood/symphonic orchesta and Sibelius, and I never had to use the above tool; I only had to make sure the patches were in the correct channels, then assign the corresponding sound id in Sibelius. My making a custom soundset, did you mean a similar process to this? Thanks again for your help! My best, Lincoln

To create (or edit) Sibelius sound sets, you will need the "Sound Set Editor".
