Disappearing Settings in Smart Orchestra

I have Smart Orchestra running on Mac OS 10.13.6 on a MacBook Pro with various interfaces including RME Fireface and a Scarlett 2i2. Running Logic Pro 10.4.1

When I opened the computer last night and attempted to play I got nothing from any of the Smart Orchestra plugins. All the settings have been lost. Logic had displayed a system overload message and I had not got the Vienna Key inserted.

Is there a quick and easy way of recovering?

As a trial into the world of VSL I am not being given much confidence in software reliability at this point!

Thanks for reporting. Can you please send me the Logic song or/and steps on how to reproduce this scenario?

Why would you not insert the ViennaKey, if I may ask?

Thanks for your reply.

I had left the studio with the MacBook but had forgotten to take the key, which lives in a USB hub. Once I had retrieved the key I tried again but with no luck. Then I tried rebooting and went again but still no luck. SO had forgotten everything. 

The other major change to the environment was to Core Audio in Logic, as I was now not using the RME or Scarlett  but I was instead using the built in I/O. 

The .logicx file is 255.8 MB but it does have a movie in it of some 3.6 GB. I can send it to you if you like...?
