But is this a "Special Edition Vol.1 Synchron-ized" library?

Nice upgrade for "special-edition"-Users.

Does that has anything interesting for those working with the whole Orchestra?

Are all Smart-Instruments based on original (not yet released Wind) Synchron-Patches ?

If VSL provides a Sibelius Soundset and an Expression Map, this might also be useful for Sibelius and Dorico users. The setup time is what keeps me from using 3rd party sample libraries in notation programs.

• Superpackage-Users are by defenition used to buy simply all. They just never bought SE, since they already had everything what was part of SE. The question is therefor not that strange: Is there anything, that will ad any functionality only available with this product, what might make this a necessary part of any Super or Synchron-Series-Super-Package concrete this asks also if the FX-Rack for instance will be automaically part of the Synchronplayerupdate or restricted on this product?
• This is advertised as a full Orchestra working with Synchron-Player: As far as I know there are no Winds for the Synchronplayer available yet other than as Part of the Smart Orchestra, while this of course could only be as much as it could be if all together makes 9GB.

I think my Questions are still reasonable even if they obviously seem to be difficult to understand

• any exclusive new VSL Functionality?
• Any new Synchron-Instruments not available in other Form yet?

Thank you to. The 1.0.1172 Synchron-Player-Update is released today. Just installed it That is really a good step ahaed for the Synchron Mixer. Stephen Linbaugh will love the "Distortion > Saturator"

I thought this great update would have been worth to mention for the Synchron-Series Users to.

So the only question left:

What's about the Synchron Winds .

Is being Part of the Smart-Orchestra (if they are) a hint for a release of the Synchron Winds in the near future?

You see those question are even still interesting for more than starters. and their answers able to suport the VSL-Products (more than deleting those reasonable questions without realy reading them ) 

It looks like everything is from the VI Series.

It uses at least the Synchron-Player. Except the Winds most could at least be new Synchron-Material original made for thge Synchron-Player.

I expect, that Synchron Woodwinds will sooner or later be part of the Synchron Series to complete an Orchestra If they have maybe prepared for the Winds the basic articulation in a Room-Mix it might at least be possible that they used consistent material for all.

However 9GB seem to be quite handsome for use on the most Systems and the price of course competitive.

Just checking with our IT Team, should be fixed soon.

EDIT: Just found out that, in your case, the price of your purchase will be adjusted manually in our back office. The reason for this is that you have purchased the sections of SE VOL 1 separately (Strings, WWW, Brass, Percussion))

SOLUTION: Please order your Vienna Smart Orchestra in our webshop and add the following sentence in the COMMENT: "I am a SE Vol 1 user, all sections registered. Please apply discounted price of 95 EUR."

I have a few questions :

1) Do you need to have your other library installed  ?

2) Can I install it on my Macpro in the studio and on my Macbook with one license ?

3) Do I require another dongle for my Macbook ?

4) I did not find the list of FX

    Can you add :

    - A chord memoriser and player

    - Arpegiator

5) Can you add a setup by song like in Mainstage ?

6) Are you going to add the compatibility with Native Instrument NKS ? This will BE GREAT and VERY helpfull ;)

=> No.

=> Yes, just take the key with you, as with our other products. 

3) Do I require another dongle for my Macbook ?
=> You know how it works with our licenses. Download it once and take advantage of the portability.

=> Look in the Synchron Player Manual, please.

=> There's nothing our developers cannot do, but this will not be done in the near future.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll pass it on to the team!

We're definitely planning more FX Presets, just waiting for some more feedback from our experienced and new users, and we're also talking to some sound-designers out there. There are so many options available now, and the hardest part is to pick the best ones for you!

You can add an arpeggiator/chord memorizer in your DAW, Logic can do this, I suppose Cubase as well, so there is no need to have this feature within the Synchron Player, just my thoughts...

Hi,

I downloaded Vienna Smart Orchestra and the latest Player Software. Both installed but I am not able to run the Vienna Smart Orchestra nor to start the player. Vienna Smart Orchestra is registered in the eLicense Key. For the player, I cannot find it in the eLicense-USB-Key. Am I missing a thing here or do I need some other software or libraries to run VSO? Thanks for helping.

Oh oh well, it's running as a Plug-In right? Found it in Cubase ;)
