VSL and Sibelius Ultimate Plz help

Hi,

I got the latest version of sibelius ultimate and windows 10. I tryed everything i saw on internet and still, Sibelius don't detect vienna ensemble...

 

Anyone have any solution for this?

Hi Andi,

I read it and i was somehow successfull to get it in sibelius but now my external audio sound card just fall appart each time i open sibelius and i must reinstall the audio driver every single time to get normal sounds back.

Impossible to use Vienna library without crashing something. 

Also i see the signal in vienna ensemble when i push play but no sound coming out. 

Is there a simple way to do it or it's destinated only to computer cracked head?

I must admit that i'm quite tired of the 6 hour i passed just trying making it work witohout any success...

Also the manual don't cover possible bug and the installation video skip a lot of step.

Should i uninstall everything and start over?

Hello Stephleb!

I'm sorry to read about your ongoing problems.

Our instruments are not made for computer cracks, but some basic knowledge about audio software will help. ;-)

Please note that if you use our instruments in Sibelius, they should be loaded inside Vienna Ensemble, which is loaded as a plugin in Sibelius. So our instruments have nothing to do with your audio driver. The audio driver has to be set up in the host application (in your case Sibelius). You write that you experience crashes. What exactly is crashing? Can you explain in detail what's happening?

It can have different reasons why you don't get a sound. Did you load instruments and the according VI presets in Vienna Ensemble? Do the instruments show audio signals at the top right?
