    What kind of plan is available to owners who need both giga/EXS formats?

    I own the Giga first edition, and I will also need a copy of it in EXS. Is it free ( - shipping)? [[;)]]

    There will definitively be a solution for side licences, we can hopefully tell you more after Musikmesse.

    To answer your question: The packages for EXS24 and GigaStudio are sold seperately, as they are configured especially for these Platforms. So you´ll find the same functionality with both packages, still it´s your decision to buy one or the other.

    As mentioned in other threads, this is our suggestion, in case you have both platforms: Buy the First Edition NOW for GigaStudio (3090 Euros) and then upgrade for 2090 Euros to the Pro Edition of EXS24!

    These are the benefits:

    - you have the whole First Edition got GigaStudio NOW

    - you get everything you already have in 16 bit for GigasStudio in 24 bit FOR FREE, configured for EXS24

    - you get lots of new instruments and more playing techniques for instruments, that you already find on the First Edition!


    As for crossgrading on the same edition: Our marketing department is working on a fair sollution, please stay tuned.
