[SOLVED] Synchron Player Fail?

Maybe I've missed something, but I've updated my elicenser, downloaded the synchron player, downloaded the libraries.

When I double click the synchron player installer it asks me to dfind the package info, which is no where to be found!

Help!?!?

I was looking for a standalone player, I guess there isn't one?

Hi, 

Good to hear that this worked. 

There is indeed no standalone versions of the Synchron Player, but it's easy to create one with the standalone version of Vienna Ensemble / PRO, if you like.

I am having the same problem as Tensivity.  I have updated the download manger, the e-license, etc.  I have followed the instruction on using the download manager.  I have downloaded the 1st Violins onto my SSD and the Synchron Strings 1 Folder contains all of the Main, Main-C, Mid, Close, Room-Mix, and Patches vsynvolume files.  I cannot find the package.info file

Please help.  I love the Syncron Strings and I am looking forward to the new update, if I can get it to work!

Hi Gary,

Once you have the *.vsynvolume files installed, you're good to go.

What happens when you open the Synchron Player?

Thank you for your reply.  When I download Synchron Player (New Vienna Synchron Player OSX build 1.0.1036 it installs the Synchron Library Installer.  As I said before, when I open the Synchron Library Installer it asks for the package.info file.

I seem to stuck in a loop.  Thanks for helping me get out!

Sounds like a loop, yes. 

You do not need to run the Library Installer. 

I'll ask this again: What happens when you open the Synchron Player in your sequencer/host?

I finally got it!  I was looking in the wrong place for the Synchron Player.  Now it is all working well.  I was confused by downloading the Synchron Player installer and only seeing the Library Installer.  Once I knew that the Player was already in the host everything started working.  Thank you for your support.  The quality of your products and support team are very much appreciated!
