    The update files are not bound to the download manager application.

    I can not move the files with drag and drop or load the files from download manager.

    They seem to be the current version (download manager v16922 and current viupdate from myvsl).

    I reinstalled already the download manager but no success.

    Library updates don't use the download manager. Open the Directory Manager, and just drag the zipped update file into it.
