    Hi Claude,

Works fine here in PT and Cubase. Didn't check in Reaper.

    Which versions are you using?

    Please try the following:

Close your DAW, then go to the location I show in the attached screenshot and delete the file that is highlighted (at.co.vsl.Vienna Synchron.plist).

The USER Preference folder can be a hidden folder, see HERE for help.

Then open your DAW and validate the plug-in again.
    This should make it work.

The upcoming Synchron Pianos version 1.0.636 will contain a fix for this.

    Best,
    Paul

  • Hi Paul,

Thank you for your quick reply. It worked.

But, even though I have the interface, it does not find the files. Yet the directory is in the Directory Manager.

I must say that I had a lot of difficulty installing this piano. This is the first time it happens. I always succeed with the other Vienna instruments.

Conclusion: it does not work yet.

  • Hi Claude,

Sorry, forgot: You erased the sample content path. Please open the SETTINGS of Synchron Pianos and assign the content again in the tab DATABASE.

    Best,
    Paul
