VEP6 keeps freezing with Yamaha CFX

It's the only library that makes VEP6 freeze and shut down, so don't think it's my computer specs. Any way to troubleshoot this? I can usually play only 20 secs.

is there a folder for the crash reports? It freeze and crashes without any error messages on the screen.
