    Hi--I'm new to Vienna Strings and just purchaed Solo Strings.  My Vienna Key arrived on Saturday morning and I was hoping to install and start working on a project this weekend.  However, I began the download yesterday afternoon, and now, almost 24 hours later, it's only downloaded 38.6% of the library.  Is this normal?  I have an iMac with a  3.5GHz Intel Core i7 processor and 24 GB of RAM.

    Hi fpalmieri,

    Please quit and relaunch the Download Manager (without removing/deleting the download from its main window!)

    Does that resume the download?

    Thanks, I hadn't seen your reply but I just waited till the next day.  It took about 30 hours but finally downloaded.  Thanks though!
