Hello everybody,
for this mix I have made two channel groups: I've inserted the Maria Strassengel Near converb on the first one and the Maria Strassengel Far converb on the second group. I've sent the whole strings section to those busses and treated the two channels as if they were actual stereo tracks recorded with different mics inside the church.
It's the first time I use two different IRs on the same instrument section this way.
I am pleased with the result but I wonder whether the reverb actually sounds more credible to you as well.
