    I have tried to open the VE Pro templates provided for the Synchron Strings and all I get is one master bus channel like it is a blank project. What should I be seeing? I was hoping to see various tracks to manage the microphone positions like in the manual.  I have Vienna Ensemble Pro 5 and Instruments Pro and followed the instructions in Paul's video to open the file that fits what I'm working with.

    There must be something or some step I've missed along the way. 

    Please help. I love the samples, especially the better marcato attacks and variety of vibratos!

    Hi Becky,

    Please make sure that you have all the latest VSL Software installed, and also the latest eLicenser Control Center.
