I did a performance of Beethoven's Fifth 1st Movement using Synchron Strings with MIR Synchron for the winds and timpani. The 2nd violins and violas are missing legato because they are not yet finished so I substituted sustains for those.

thanks Lucy and Eptesicus
Kamil there are a lot of differences as they are totally different recordings, numbers of players, articulations. Also the previous libraries are recorded on the Silent Stage and have no built-in reverb/ambience while Synchron does. And Dimension Strings is different from all the others for its technique of using individual mics on players performing as an ensemble.

Wow, sounds really great! I admit to having a difficult time with Synchron Strings. This is the absolutely best thing I have heard using the library so far. Not that the official demos are bad, but this really outshines them.
I love the mix. I love the way you have integrated the existing instruments. I was doing an A/B comparison with an actual recording and this is the weird thing, Synchron Strings do NOT sound like an actual recording. But somehow they sound better than real. Is that weird or what?
