    So..... Im running a iMac Master with PC Slave. 

    VE Pro will play any Kontakt based library but won't play VSL libraries anymore...... 
    I can see midi information coming in VI but no voices showing up on upper right side nor volume.....

    This happenned since I installed SY Strings, updated VE PRO and VI Pro, and changed my setings according to Video Tutorials.....

    Any idea/suggestions?

    Hi Martial,

    This is a new feature of VI, it loads Presets that were saved with disabled cells without loading samples (the cells are pale blue). The only VI Presets that are affected are the Synchron Strings Presets.

    You have more options to load those cells in the SETTINGS menu - to the left of the BASIC/ADVANCED View buttons. My suggestion is to activate "Enable cells on MIDI Activity", which will load the needed samples in the background whenever you play a note.

    If you right-click on a matrix (in the matrix list to the left), you can "enable" the whole matrix.

    In "Settings" (the icon left to the Basic/Advanved View), you can also enable the whole instance and find additional options (like "Force Enabled Cells").

    Thanks for your suggestion, but unfortunately it doesn't address the issue......

    I'm using my template and I can see midi information coming in. Cells are activated and no audio is coming out.
    I reloaded all samples. I restarted many times.
    Sounds come out of all non VSL libraries.

    My setting are as you suggested.

    All boxes are checked except 'Force Enabled Cells', 'Show PrgCh from 0', 'Legacy Monophonic Legato'
    Default Preload 'N/A'
    Streaming Threads (global) 10
    Mixing Threads (instance) 2
    Preallocated Voices 4096 (791.0 MB)
    Maximum Voices 8192
    Instances Voices Max
    Unlimited Bouce Polyphony ----> checked

    My slave PC is an i7 - 6 cores with 32GB RAM

    All versions of VE Pro, Directory Manager and VI Pro seems to be up to date.
