    I'm quite new to Vienna Instruments so I hope I'm not missing anything obvious.

    I've downloaded and installed all the available libraries for Synchron Strings, only the 1st Violins and Cellos seem complete. Every single preset for 2nd Violins, Violas, Basses and Strings has 4 columns in the matrix which are blank, ie they show A3, A4, A5, A6, B3, B4... etc without any articulations loaded into them.

    Has something gone wrong with my installation or are these parts of the new Synchron library not yet complete?

    Hi Lucy

    I assume these are the still missing legato articulations, which will come in few days.

    Anyhow the matrix is the same, to allow same keyswitches for all other articulations

    Hi Paul,

    A shame it was not clearly advertised. At the moment, it makes SyncStrings very difficult to use for what's VSL highlight : performance legato. There is no mention of these missing samples anywhere (unless I missed something). 

    So unless writing for Vlns 1, Celli and Bassi, it's difficult at the moment using SyncStrings in my current projects, depsite its more than promising sound quality. I cannot make legatos with sustains..

    Do we have any release date for those missing samples ? Would be great getting them during the NAMM.

    This was mentioned here in the Community several times & advertised in a video. And there was an estimated delivery for February (U can find that in the big Synchron Strings 1 thread ... but don‘t ask me which page ...) Paul advertised the missing articulations (without releasedate) in the introduction video for Synchron Strings 1 ... https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gsQ7icoFfzA

    Thansk for the answer LAJ. Feb is not that far away. For now I'm using Dimension Strings + Orchestral, and it sounds great.
