    Hi, 

    after installing the Synchron Strings library the presets do now shop up in Vienne Instruments or Pro. The Directory Manager displays the installation folders. the license is correctly installed.
    Resccanning does not help either.

    I am on OSX 10.12.

    Can you please help.

    Did you install the latest versions of VI, VI Pro and eLicenser Control ?

    I made this same mistake. I only updated the Vienna Pro Ensemble, and no Synchron Patches, Matrices or Presets appeared, even though they were correctly installed.  

    So, update *everything,*  If you see a software package installer from December 2017 in MyVSL, load it up.
