    Hi there,

    I have already ordered synchron strings 1 ,and I want to make sure that if I order another instrument ,I can still get 1 free policy or not. I didn't ordered together but I still meet the ""buy2 in november". Could anyone in charge can tell me about that?

    I am sorry about some misunderstanding maybe at the beginning, but I really don't want to withdraw the order and take 3 again...

    You had to put all your products in the basket at the same time to make it work. You should write to the support team.
