Lost Kontakt Libraries in VEPro 6

HI,

I recently upgraded to NI Komplete 11 Ultimate. The download and installation went smoothly but when I try to load any Kontakt sounds into VEPro 6 Kontakt 5 is not available as a plugin. When I open Kontakt as a stand alone all the libraries are available and load. Battery 4 is available in VEPro and when I load it then it's file menu is accessable and I can see all of the Komplete 11 libraries and thier instruments and samples. However there is no load command and I can't find any loading library info in the NI documentation. Would anyone be able to shed some light on this issue?

Did you check that you are opening the 64 bit version of VE PRO 6?

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your input. I have VEPro 64bit open on both master and slave computers. I've been in touch with NI and we are trying to get a NI VST tool to address the problem but I can't get it to open so I'm waiting for word back. I can't be the only person to have installed the NI Ultimate Complete onto a slave PC for use in VEPro so I'm assuming from the replies to this post that no one else has had this problem and thus I must be missing something. Please let me know if you think of any possible solutions.

Hi fletcher, 

Could it be that the reason for this situation is chaos in the VST plug-in folders (either multiple versions in multiple assigned VST Plug-in folders or the wrong VST plug-in folder assigned in the VE PRO Preferences).
