Hi VSL,

 

I am trying to add VE Pro to a second sample machine and I can only find one activation code in my original VEPro 4 order confirmation. I've checked my other keys and don't see an additional VE Pro 4 license to tranfer. Can you resend the unused activation code? 

 

Edit: I only see two serial numbers for VEPro 4 under My Products. I believe I would just need the 3rd Serial for VEPro4 to complete the registration.

Hi Chris, 

I will check for you, and send the missing serials to your registered email address asap. 
With such specific requests, the fastest way to go is to contact support@vsl.co.at (not necessary anymore in this case).
