    I am using Vienna Ensemble on the same machine as my DAW. I saw there is a Vienna Ensemble Pro app, and a Vienna Ensemble Pro Server app.

    Does it matter which one I use?

    I am on a mac.

    Hi Jeremy, 

    The SERVER version integrates via network with your sequencer (and is synced), while the Standalone version is not connected. 

    You should go for the SERVER version.
