Hi.
Just created a template with my setup with some of the instruments are on my VEP6 setup on another computer. After 2 days of making the template I was now loading the setup and nothing happens on the VEP6 computer. I have to connect each instanse in cubase. This takes way to much time, what am I doing wrong?

Hi Stian,
This sounds like you are NOT using static IPs, and the IP address of your slave computer changed.
Please check page 3 of the VE PRO 6 manual:
You should use static IP addresses, and avoid 169.x.x.x addresses (these are automatically assigned by your computer and tend to change). A classical stable setup looks like this:
Manually assign one of these IP addresses to the computers in your setup: 192.168.0.x or 10.0.0.x, and assign a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0. If you are working with a router, you should add the IP address of the router (e.g., 192.168.0.1).
