    After working for many months with several room packs, today, when trying to load onepack, I got this "Vienna MIR Pro cannot access RoomPacks." I updated the license with no luck. What else should I try?

    Sorry to hear that you're facing problems.

    Just to make sure: Did you double-check the file-path to MIR's RoomPacks in its Preferences? This is crucial:

    Yes I did and, after choosing Libray/Application Support/VSL/Vienna MIR Pro, I restarted the computer.

    I got the same window telling me it couldn't access the RoomPacks.

    And you can access this folder manually, seeing all the *.vmi's there ...? Hmmm, that's strange.

    In that case it's the best idea to get in contact with support@vsl.co.at . VSL support staff will look at the problem ASAP.
