MIRx Pernegg Monastery licence not showing up in Vienna Instrument Pro

Hi there , I just bought two more MIRx extension .

I'm having a problem with the Pernegg Monastery .The licence is showing up in the e-Licenser grid but not in the Vienna Instrument Pro when I go to the "Showing Licences" window . Instead I see a "Vienna Software 21" licence 

Any idea how to solve this problem ?    Thank you very much :-)

Hi,

Check if your VSL Software is up to date. New product licenses need to be recognized by the software.

Yes , all my VSL software is updated .

I tried to repair permission with no luck .

What should I do ?

Hi Marco, 

Did you make sure that your sample content is actually installed (*.dat files)?

Your downloaded installation files (*.cab files, highly compressed) have to be installed (=extracted) to become the actual sample content.

In the installation process, the location of this sample content is added to your Directory Manager automatically. 

Installation should start automatically if you have not turned off the "Auto-Install" Option in the Download Manager ("on" by default). 

If the sample content is not installed yet, click "INSTALL" in the Download Manager!

 

If that doesn't help, please send me complete screenshots of the components: 

- VI PRO
- Directory Manager
- location of the installed files, showing the installed files.

Hi Paul , very strange . Now I can see and load the Pernegg Monastery in VI Pro . But in the "Showing Licence" window is not there , but there is a "Vienna Software 21" Licence that seems to be the Pernegg . Its a mistery . I'm sending you the screenshots .... cheers :-)
